Fly Ranch Effigy 2026

2026 Fly Ranch, Nevada

An impromptu and collaborative art piece. Designed and built “on the fly”, with construction scrap and natural materials on site.
The piece functions as a celebratory focal point physically and spiritually as a sort of “temple-for-one”.

The portal serves as an axis directing the gaze of participants and providing a type of threshold that can be passed through, gently encouraging a sense of contemplation and rebirth.

Alternate title: “Temple of FOOB”

Project was co-lead with Emi Watanabe of AWA Collective
