Tucumcari Princess Theatre

The Princess Theater project leverages a public art–driven facade redesign to catalyze economic development and downtown revitalization in Tucumcari, New Mexico. Rooted in the theater’s historic Art Deco identity, the redesign positions the building as a visual landmark and cultural attractor. The project extends beyond renovation by using the theater as a platform for recurring art and light events that stimulate local activity and tourism.
